Terence Mendoza Optometrists is a private independent and professional practice with specialisation in Contact Lenses and Diabetic Screening.

We have been offering a personal service in Rochford, Essex for over thirty years. We aim to provide a first class eye examination using state of the art consulting room equipment, combined with top quality products in a friendly, relaxed environment.

Our air-conditioned North Street premises (beside Rochford Post Office) is modern and comfortable with an extensive selection of designer and non-designer frames and sunglasses.

Our independence allows us to supply contact lenses, spectacle frames and lenses from the most appropriate source to fulfil individual needs - we are not dictated by 'head office' as to which products and suppliers we can use!
