		Terence Mendoza B Sc (Hons) F.C.Optom Terence Mendoza gained his degree in Ophthalmic Optics at The City University, London in 1972 where he was awarded the Emsley Award for his final year research project on visual illusions. A Founding Fellow of the British College of Optometrists and member of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers, he was born in Rochford, Essex. On qualifying he took over a small part-time practice in Rochford, from which the present practice has grown. Optometric interests: diabetics, contact lenses and paediatrics; belongs to the Essex Optical Society. Outside of Optometry he is a keen photographer and moviemaker (awarded a Fellowship of the IAC).
		Glyn Williams F.C.Optom Glyn ran his own very successful practice for many years before joining the team. He is the optometric representative for the Local Optical Committee. Belongs to the Essex Optical Society and the Essex Optometric Diabetic Reporting Scheme. Optometric Interests: Orthoptics, Diabetes & Ocular Therapeutics.
		Vishal Shah B Sc(Hons) M C Optom Vishal qualified with honours from Manchester University in 1995. He takes a special interest in Contact Lenses, particularly the correction of astigmatism and presbyopia.
		Donna Thropp B Sc(Hons) M C Optom Donna qualified with honours from Aston University in 1991. She started her career in the Nottingham area before moving recently to this area and joining our team. Her main interest within optometry is paediatrics.
